Premium is due by date listed on invoice. If premium is not received by due date, a lapse notice will be sent allowing payment to be made 10 days after due date. If the premium is not paid within that period, the policy will cancel as of the due date. Should payment be returned for any reason, policy coverage will be declared null and void.
If your policy has lapsed within the last 30 days, you can request for reinstatement. If reinstatement of the policy has been approved by the company, the outstanding premium and a $30 reinstatement fee will be owed.
